What is a digital download?
A digital download is an electronically delivered product, giving you access to download and use your new software immediately. This means that a physical CD or DVD disc is not included in your purchase. The software install program is downloaded through cloud-based storage.
When will I receive the order after I have completed the purchase?
As soon as your payment has been completed you can instantly download your software from the order confirmation page, a download link will also be emailed to you.
How are you able to sell the software so cheap?
We work directly with our supplier to purchase large volumes to get the lowest rate possible. Because we save on costs, we want to ensure our valued customers save too. We also have minimal overheads such as no storefront operation costs.
What will I receive when buying the item(s)?
Depending on the product you have bought, we will send you the license key and the download link from official Microsoft website for you to download their products via e-mail.Please note that we won’t send you any CDs or similar, only the license key.
Are the licenses you are selling genuine?
All keys are genuine and sourced from authorised Microsoft re-sellers.After purchasing, you can even contact Microsoft support to see that they are genuine.
How many times can I use the license and is it a lifetime license?
You can use it on only 1 PC multiple times.It is a lifetime license and allows you to have full support from Microsoft as well as full updates.
Do you supply software products in volume or bulk products?
Large-volume purchases can be arranged by contacting us directly, via email, live chat, or phone. We’ll send you a comprehensive quotation with details of the product of your interest.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will instantly receive a license key as well installation instructions via e-mail.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
You won’t be charged any taxes since everything is covered by us.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.Please note that if you already had activated the license, there will be no returns.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s). We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
